ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Due to the nature of our hair, beauty, cosmetic, and personal-care products, GlamCart Beauty Delivery does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Please carefully review your order, including product selection, hair texture, length, color, quantity, and shipping information before completing your purchase.

NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

Once an order has been placed, products cannot be returned or exchanged. This policy applies to all products sold by GlamCart Beauty Delivery, including but not limited to:

• Human hair bundles and extensions
• Wigs
• Closures and frontals
• Braiding hair
• Lashes
• Hair-care products
• Cosmetics and beauty products
• Adhesives and styling products
• Beauty accessories and personal-care items

NO REFUNDS

All purchases are final. GlamCart Beauty Delivery does not issue refunds for change of mind, ordering the wrong product, texture, length, color, or quantity, or for other customer ordering errors.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an item different from what you ordered, please contact GlamCart Beauty Delivery promptly after delivery.

Customers may be required to provide their order number, photographs of the product, packaging, shipping label, and other information necessary for us to review the issue.

Approved claims involving damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect merchandise will be handled at GlamCart Beauty Delivery's discretion, which may include replacement of the affected merchandise or another appropriate resolution.

Reporting an issue does not automatically qualify an order for a refund, return, or replacement.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders begin processing shortly after they are placed. Once an order has entered processing or fulfillment, it cannot be canceled.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

GlamCart Beauty Delivery is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information when placing an order.
